Website Cookies

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.larato.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. Where we store data

Larato stores its data using a third party CRM that utilises Amazon Web Services (AWS). Larato also stores data in Dropbox which also utilises AWS.

Amazon take physical and network security seriously. Their data centres are housed in nondescript facilities. Physical access is strictly controlled both at the perimeter and at building ingress points by professional security staff, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems, and other electronic means. Access to their data centre floors requires two-factor authentication a minimum of two times.

Amazon maintain multiple certifications for its data centres, including ISO 27001 compliance, PCI Certification, and SOC reports. Their reports can be found on the AWS Compliance website and you can read more about the specifics of their approach at https://aws.amazon.com/security/.

International Transfers of Your Personal Data

Microsoft is our email service provider and is situated in USA. The European Commission has made an “adequacy decision” with respect to the data protection laws of each of this country. Transfers to this country will be protected by appropriate safeguards, namely the use of standard data protection clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold about you.

Requests for details of the data we hold on you must be made in writing and you will be provided with details of all information held at the time of the initial request. Email your request to privacy@larato.co.uk

Before responding to the request, we will require enough information to be able to judge whether the person making the request is the individual to whom the personal data relates. Our approach to this is reasonable. If we know the person making the request, then we will not pursue verification, but if in doubt we will.
