Innovation (Channel) and Adopter Profile (All Markets)

This filter is key to building successful campaigns because it reflects how resellers compete in their markets (innovation) and how likely businesses are to invest in technology (adopter profile).

  • The innovation segmentation shows how likely a channel organisation is to
    • Extend its portfolio
    • Work with new partners
    • Disrupt the end-user markets with its services
  • The adopter profile reflects
    • Why buyers will buy
    • The time they will take to buy
    • How price sensitive they are
